I see each design project as a chance to create simple and easy-to-use products and services.

I am a service and experience designer transitioning from visual communication to user research, UX, and service design. In my last role I worked as a midweight Service Designer in HMRC's Policy Lab. In the past I have also worked for Bosch, Amazon India, NHSx, and Birmingham City Council, through which I have developed my skills in user-centered design, research, and stakeholder communication.

My work has always been grounded in co-creation and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. This includes extensive facilitation of ideation sessions with internal teams and stakeholders, aligning diverse perspectives towards a shared vision. I believe that the success of any service design initiative lies in understanding the needs of both users and internal teams. I hold a master's degree in service design from the Royal College of Art, where I deepened my expertise in Design Thinking, Co-Design, and Business Design through projects with industry partners like NHSx and the Ministry of Justice. This education has equipped me with the ability to lead service design initiatives that are both innovative and sustainable.
